Returns & Cancellations Policy

Return requests for physical goods must be submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed order receipt. Soul8, LLC reserves the right to evaluate each case individually according to the applicable contract. Cancellations of active services must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a minimum of 5 business days notice. Soul8 may cancel or suspend commercial relationships in documented cases of irregularities, unjustified chargebacks, or breach of agreed terms, notifying the client by email to the registered contact address.
