Soul8, LLC provides consulting, business structuring, and B2B operations facilitation services. Consulting services already rendered are non-refundable once execution has begun. For physical goods intermediated by Soul8, refund requests are accepted within 30 calendar days of the documented delivery date, provided the product has verifiable defects or material failure to meet the agreed SLA.
